Real estate editing workflow

From camera card to client delivery, without the editing backlog.

A dependable outsourcing workflow should feel like an extension of your studio. Here is how IFOTO calibrates your style, receives each property, edits by hand and returns quality-controlled files in approximately 12 hours.

01

Start with five free test images

Choose representative photographs: an exterior, a mixed-light interior, a room with windows and at least one difficult frame. Add references showing your preferred brightness, white balance, contrast, window detail and retouching strength. We use the test to understand your visual standard before production volume begins.

02

Upload files and one clear brief

Send files through Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Box or your existing delivery platform. Use predictable folders and keep property-level instructions in one place. Separate standard edits from specialist requests such as object removal, twilight conversion, virtual staging or renovation.

03

Hand editing matched to your style

Editors work from your approved references rather than applying a generic preset. Standard real estate editing can include exposure blending, white balance, color correction, vertical alignment, window enhancement, lens clean-up and natural sharpening. Approved preferences are documented for future jobs.

04

Specialist quality control

A quality-control specialist reviews the complete property before release. We check exposure and color consistency between rooms, straight architecture, windows, halos, dust, masking edges and every special instruction. Any issue found during QC is corrected before delivery.

05

Download, review and scale

Finished files return through the agreed delivery channel, commonly within approximately 12 hours. Submit consolidated revision notes when needed; approved feedback becomes part of the ongoing brief. Billing can be organized by project, day, week or month as volume grows.
